Instructions for Use
- Installation: place the tip inside an empty piping bag, tip pointing toward the end.
- Cutting: cut the end of the bag at the base of the tip for a perfect fit, neither too wide nor too tight.
- Filling: fill the bag two-thirds full with your mixture (buttercream, whipped ganache, stabilized whipped cream), press out air by squeezing toward the tip.
- Piping: hold the bag vertically about 1 cm from the surface, squeeze with a steady motion according to the desired pattern.
- Cleaning: rinse immediately after use with warm soapy water. Dishwasher safe.

The consistency of the open star pattern requires Swiss or Italian meringue buttercream stabilized. For whipped creams, add mascarpone at 30% to maintain the relief of the ridges for several hours at room temperature. Hold the bag perfectly vertical for perfectly regular rosettes.
