Get deep purples or lavender pastels without liquefying your preparations. The Food Colour Gel Purple is dosed drop by drop to precisely tint icings, fondant/sugar paste, creams, cookies, and sponge cakes — all while preserving the texture and the hold during baking.

Instructions for use

  1. Knead the tube to homogenize, cut the tip (scissors).

  2. Add little by little, mix/knead carefully between each addition.

  3. For very saturated shades, color the day before and film in contact.

Glucose syrup, sugar, water, colorants: carmine (E120), brilliant blue FCF (E133); acidity regulators: citric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, sodium lactate; gelling agent: carrageenan; preservative: potassium sorbate.
