Pavoni’s Chocolart Blue cocoa butter is a ready-to-use colorant: the pigment is already dosed and incorporated into the cocoa butter. Simply melt and temper it to apply decoration on your chocolate pieces (molding, spraying, brushing) and to color your fatty preparations like marzipan, ganaches, and creams.

What is the difference with the powder colorant?
Colored cocoa butter is already dosed and ready to use: melt it and apply. The powder must first be dispersed in cocoa butter. Cocoa butter saves time, powder allows adjusting the intensity.
How to get a pastel blue?
Apply in a thin veil on a light base, or combine with white cocoa butter to soften the shade. Melt, temper, then apply.
