Saracino Cake Gel, also called edible glue, is a piping gel based on transparent neutral gelatin. This edible glue is ideal for attaching all kinds of sweet decorations to your cakes, whether it is sugar paste modeling, an unleavened or sugar disc on a birthday cake or even a border in edible lace on a wedding cake. In addition to its use as a glue, Cake Gel can also be used as a Piping Gel to give a transparent water effect on cakes covered in fondant. Its formula contains glucose syrup, agar agar, pectin, modified starch, citric acid, sodium citrate and potassium sorbate as a preservative. Note that Cake Gel may contain traces of peanuts, eggs, soy, milk and tree nuts. Its capacity is 200 g.
