Candy Buttons - Melts Light Blue 340g

PME Clair Blue Pistoles are an easy alternative to tempered chocolate for creating sweet treats. They have the texture and consistency of chocolate, but do not require tempering. Each bag contains 340 grams of pistoles with a delicious vanilla flavor. The buttons are perfect for coating cake pops, dipping fruit and treats, melting and molding to create lollipop and candy shapes, and piping onto wax paper for cupcake and dessert toppings.

Instructions for use: Melt the pistoles using a PME electric chocolate melter , or in a bain-marie. Simply pour and attach to create sweet treats. Buttons do not need to be dipped to give a long lasting glossy finish. To make a lighter color, simply blend the buttons with white sprays.

Ingredients: Genetically modified sugar, vegetable oils (palm kernel, hydrogenated palm kernel), whole milk powder, whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), salt, flavor, colorings (E133)

Precautions for use: This product containsmilk and soyand may also containtraces of nuts.

It should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
