The Sosa natural bitter almond flavor is made from high-quality plant extracts (Prunus armeniaca L.) and formulated for professional use. It blends perfectly into a wide range of preparations: cocktails, ice creams, sorbets, fillings, creams, inserts, etc.

Thanks to its glycerin base, it is compatible with aqueous and fatty media, up to 95% oil.
