Instructions for Use (Cold Preparations)

Pour a cold and filtered preparation up to 2/3 of the container (for whipped cream: cream 30–35% fat).

Screw in the recommended N₂O 8 g cartridges for 1 L by the manufacturer (in practice, 2 cartridges are usually suitable). Shake 6–8 times upside down after each cartridge.

Dispense vertically. Keep refrigerated between uses.
For hot preparations, prefer an all stainless steel model designed for pressure cooking.
Maintenance & Safety

Completely release pressure before opening.

Hand wash (warm water + dish soap), dry disassembled.

Use exclusively N₂O for foams/whipped cream (no CO₂).

Never exceed the quantity/number of cartridges indicated in the instructions.
