Fill to max. 2/3 with a well-chilled and filtered preparation (30–35% fat cream for whipped cream).

Screw in 2 N₂O cartridges of 8 g (recommended for 0.5 L), shake 6–8 times head down after each cartridge.

Dispense vertically. Between services, store in the refrigerator (head up).
Hot preparations: prefer an all stainless steel siphon designed for this use.
