Instructions for use

Knead the tube to homogenize, open by cutting the tip.

Add little by little, mix/knead well before adding more.

For a very intense shade, color the day before and let mature under film.
Usage guidelines (indicative)

Buttercream 300 g: 2–6 drops → light to bright red.

Fondant 250 g: gel peas of 0.3–1 g depending on desired intensity.

Glucose syrup, water, sugar, colorants : lutein (E161b), carmine (E120) ; acidity regulators : citric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, sodium lactate ; gelling agent : carrageenan ; preservative : potassium sorbate.
