Instructions for use

Let the dough reach room temperature.

Knead firmly until smooth and elastic.

Sprinkle the work surface with icing sugar or non-stick powder.

Roll out evenly to 2 to 3 mm thickness.

For a round cake Ø20 cm, allow 500 g of dough.

For modeling, add 1 tsp of CMC-Tylo per 250 g of dough.
