Velvet Gold Spray - 400 ml

Description :
Cocoa butter spray, ideal for mousses, entremets, and frozen products in general. This spray creates a perfect golden velvet effect to enhance frozen desserts.

Instructions for use :

  • Use the spray at a temperature strictly below 35°C (95°F) and maintain a temperature of at least 25°C (77°F).
  • Shake well before and during use.
  • Spray evenly a thin and uniform layer with light presses, keeping a distance of about 50 cm from the frozen surface.
  • Keep the spray as vertical as possible and always clean the nozzle after use.
  • Avoid excessive application.
  • Let dry, and if necessary, repeat the operation.
  • The recommended resting time before consumption is 1 hour.

Cocoa butter, propellant gases: butane (E943a), propane (E944), isobutane (E943b), food colorings (E172). May contain traces of milk and nuts.
