Use Sargel gelatin to give a shiny, vibrant finish to your pastries! Perfect for covering cakes and tartlets, as well as attaching decorations. This gelatin maintains its shine even at negative temperatures, down to -18°C.
How to use: Pour a small amount of product onto the pastry and spread with a brush.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sucrose, thickeners: agar-agar (E406), pectin (E440); modified starch, acidity regulators: citric acid (E330), sodium citrate (E331); preservative: potassium sorbate (E202).
Allergens: Contains milk (lactose). May contain traces of peanuts, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios), eggs and soy.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
