Already rolled to the perfect thickness, this disc is ready to apply straight out of the packaging. Its natural cream color and slight visible almond particles offer a handcrafted and refined finish, ideal for elegant cakes, cupcakes, and decorated cookies.

Instructions for use

  1. Remove the sugar paste disc from its packaging.

  2. Unroll it carefully by pulling on both edges of the silver leaf.

  3. Cover the cake with a thin layer of buttercream to promote adhesion.

  4. Place the disc on the cake, silver leaf side up.

  5. Gently remove the sheet, then smooth the surface of the cake by hand or with a smoother.

  6. Cut off the excess and finish the decoration.

Tip: scraps can be cut with cookie cutters to create pretty matching decorations (flowers, hearts, patterns).
