High-performance natural thickener and stabilizer for aqueous and rich products
The Sosa carob gum, extracted 100% from the carob seed (Ceratonia siliqua), is a powerful natural thickener recommended for liquid preparations, rich in water or fats, including frozen products, sauces, soups, cheeses, or cake batters.
Used hot or cold (with better performance hot), it is freezable, extremely acid-resistant, and works in synergy with other gelling agents to increase elasticity, stability, and cut of preparations.

Instructions for use

Mix in an aqueous liquid cold or hot, with strong agitation
