With this Katy Sue mold, you can create a complex knitted cable pattern that is perfect for decorating your cupcakes or cakes. The finely detailed design of the mold ensures a perfect result every time.
The mold is easy to use and suitable for a variety of materials, such as fondant, modeling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy, or cooked sugar. It is also suitable for DIY projects, such as cold porcelain, salt dough, clay, and embossing powder. However, we recommend using the mold only for either food or craft projects, not both.
How to use the mold: press the paste into the mold and remove the excess so that the edges are visible. Turn the mold and gently remove the figure. If necessary, lightly dust the mold with cornstarch to facilitate demolding.
Before use, clean and dry the mold thoroughly. It is oven safe (up to 200°C) and dishwasher safe.
