Preparation Tip: See the quantity chart on the packaging for proportions and baking time. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (convection oven 160 °C). Ingredients should be at room temperature. Put the mix, water, eggs, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix for 6 to 8 minutes to obtain a light batter. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish (filled 1/2 to 2/3) and bake the cake in the oven. Also suitable for cupcakes (approx. 20 cupcakes with 500 g of mix), baking time approx. 20 minutes at 175 °C (convection oven 160 °C).
