Pavoni's Chocolart Noir cocoa butter is a ready-to-use colorant, packaged in a 200 g block and colored with vegetable charcoal: the pigment is already measured and incorporated into the cocoa butter. Its deep, uniform black shade is primarily used for contrast and graphic lines. Simply melt and temper it to decorate chocolate creations or color fat-based preparations.
