Hazelnut Flavoring Paste:
FunCakes flavors can be added to the dough and therefore hold up perfectly during baking. Ideal for flavoring your cookie or cupcake dough, for example. Add the recommended dosage to your preparation. Add an extra amount of food flavoring if the baking temperature is high (above 200°C); this can indeed reduce the strength of the flavor. These flavors can also be added to chocolate ganache.
