The liposoluble red gel colorant is specially designed to color fatty substances such as chocolate, pralines, or cocoa butter. Thanks to its gelled texture and high concentration, it allows you to obtain a bright, homogeneous, and lump-free red in all your pastry and confectionery creations.

Ingredients
Humectant: Glycerin (E422), canola oil, colorants (*see list), emulsifiers: E322, E433, colorant: E129.
Warning: Colorant E129 may have an adverse effect on children's activity and attention.

Instructions for use

Shake the bottle vigorously before each use.

Melt your fat base (chocolate, cocoa butter...).

Gradually incorporate the gel coloring until the desired shade is obtained.

Mix carefully to homogenize the preparation.

Do not exceed 4.5 g/kg.
