Saracino's concentrated food flavoring pastes are ideal for a wide variety of different uses and applications. Designed with heat stability in mind, they are perfect for baked applications, but can also be used as is to add a touch of flavor to your favorite desserts. The Lemon flavor is an excellent choice for adding a touch of freshness and acidity to your culinary creations.
For optimal use, simply mix the flavoring paste with the other ingredients for about a minute for perfect incorporation. The recommended dosage is 100/120 grams of paste for one liter of base mixture or 35/50 grams/liter to use as fruit reinforcement. Depending on the application, you can use 100 grams of flavoring paste per liter of crème fraîche for mousse, 100 grams per liter of milk for bavaroises, or 120 grams per kg of product mix for cakes. For ice cream, the dosage is 100/120 grams of paste per kg of mixture.
Lemon flavoring paste is composed of glucose syrup, sucrose syrup, lemon juice (5%), acidifier: citric acid (E330), concentrated lemon juice, flavorings and thickeners: pectin (E440). Please note that this product may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, soy, milk and nuts (almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts), but does not contain any GMO ingredients. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to ensure optimal quality.
