Use Sargel gelatin to give a shiny and radiant finish to your pastries! Perfect for covering cakes and tarts, as well as securing decorations. This gelatin retains its shine even at negative temperatures, down to -18°C.
Instructions for use: Pour a small amount of product onto the pastry and spread with a brush.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sucrose, thickeners: agar-agar (E406), pectin (E440); modified starch, acidity regulators: citric acid (E330), sodium citrate (E331); preservative: potassium sorbate (E202).
