Instructions for Use:
Mix the product hot into any type of liquid (water, milk, cream, fruit puree, juice). Once activated by heat, gelling sets quickly upon cooling. The texture can be melted again by heating (thermoreversibility).
Recommended dosage: from 2 to 15 g/kg depending on the desired effect.
