Instructions for use:

Add:

• 225 g of soft butter

• 90 ml of milk

• 3 eggs

1. Preheat your oven to 170 °C (or 160 °C with fan).

2. Beat the butter until creamy.

3. Gradually add the eggs, then the milk and the mixture.

4. Mix without overworking the dough.

5. Pour into molds and bake:

• Muffins: 30–35 min

• Cupcakes: 18–20 min

• Cakes (2 x 18–20 cm): 30–35 min
