USAGE TIPS
- This size matches the template for a large sheet cake baked in a 40 x 60 cm pan, with 5 cm of clearance on each side for decoration.
- Mark out your portions with a ruler directly on the icing: the tray's right angles provide an alignment guide, for about 40 evenly sized portions.
- Also suitable for a double-digit number cake laid horizontally or an assortment for a cocktail reception.
- Always carry the board with both hands placed under the long edges, never by just one side.

Can the board go in the refrigerator?
