Yule log molds for Christmas and entremets
Log molds, silicone molds, textured mats and inserts for making Christmas yule logs and long entremets, with clean release.
Making a yule log
Two options: a log mold (stainless steel or plastic, often with a textured mat) and a silicone mold with an integrated insert. Layer the mousse, then the gelled insert and sponge cake, freeze all the way through, unmold while frozen, then finish with mirror glaze or velvet spray.
Sizes and finishes
The molds come in several lengths (family-size yule log or sharing size), with end caps for a neat finish and textured mats to texture the surface. The finish (velvet, glaze, chocolate decoration) gives it its final style.
