How is it different from a thick cake drum?
This thin 3 mm board remains almost invisible beneath the cake. A thick cake drum is recommended for large, heavy cakes or tiered cakes that will be transported for a long time.
Can it be reused several times?
Yes, by wiping the board with a slightly damp, soft cloth after use and storing it flat in a dry place.
