RECETTE DU QALB AL LOUZ

Qalb al louz, also known as "almond heart", is a traditional Algerian pastry particularly popular during the month of Ramadan. This soft and tasty dessert is made from semolina flavored with orange blossom water syrup and a generous center of crushed almonds. Baked until golden brown, it is then drizzled with sweet syrup, which gives it its unique and irresistible texture.
