Does the yellow stay bright after baking a sponge cake?
The shade fades slightly during baking. For a vivid yellow in the finished product, increase the amount slightly before baking.
How do I get a vanilla-style pastel yellow?
Dilute generously: a small amount of gel is enough for 250 g of mixture. Since the coloring is highly concentrated, it's best to start with less and adjust.
Are this yellow and lemon yellow the same?
No, lemon yellow is a brighter, slightly cooler shade, made with the same E102 coloring base but producing a different result when mixed into a preparation.
