The silver metallic spray from Silikomart is a food-grade spray specially designed for decorating frozen preparations such as mousses, entremets, and other frozen desserts. This cocoa butter-based spray is perfect for giving an elegant metallic finish to your creations. It can also be used on products like fondant, chocolate, modeling paste, or cookies.
Instructions for use:
- Shake well before and during use.
- Spray from about 25-30 cm away from the frozen or cooled surface.
- Apply a thin and even layer using small, regular presses.
- After use, turn the spray upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean the nozzle.
- Wait 4 hours before serving.
