PME Cake Clear Gloss Spray is a colorless edible lacquer in an aerosol can that leaves a glossy finish without changing the color of the base. It sets and enhances icing, a painted decoration, or an already-colored fondant motif.
Unlike metallic luster sprays, it adds no color: it only enhances shine and protects the surface of a tiered cake displayed for several hours.

Does this spray change the color of the decoration?
No, it is colorless and only enhances the surface's shine. The perceived color remains that of the base or the coloring already applied underneath.
Can it be used on chocolate?
Yes, on modeling chocolate or a fully set chocolate decoration, it gives a glossy finish similar to mirror glaze without the sticky texture.
Should it be applied before or after colored luster sprays?
Always apply it afterward: use it as the final step, once the decoration is colored and dry, to set and enhance the final look without dulling it.
