Shimmer Dust Denim Blue is a fine, shimmering powdered food coloring in a deep denim blue shade with pearlescent highlights. This blue is ideal for decorations inspired by the sea, sky, and denim textiles, as well as floral pieces requiring an intense, luminous blue. Apply it directly from the bottle onto fondant, marzipan, chocolate, macarons, or any other solid surface.

Uses
- Denim- and smart-casual-themed decorations: birthday cakes, boys' baby showers, and western themes.
- Deep blue sugar-paste flowers: cornflowers, delphiniums, and hydrangeas with pearlescent highlights.
- Sky- and sea-themed creations, blended with a lighter blue from the range.
- Apply with a brush to the inside of a piping bag for a two-tone effect when piping buttercream.
