The Renshaw Extra Fondant Rolling Green has been specially designed to provide exceptional robustness and elasticity, making it ideal for use in hot and humid climates. Its firmer structure than that of classic fondant guarantees easy handling for professional work.

Thanks to its vanilla flavor and its silky finish, this fondant is perfect for covering your cakes, and is also suitable for creating >intricate decorations. It does not stick and remains flexible, which makes it much easier to use.
