Usage
| Preparation | Roll out your cookie dough before baking or your sugar paste to about 3 mm thick. |

Does this tool also work on chocolate?
Yes, on soft modeling chocolate, as well as fondant and sugar paste.
Should I press twice for a more pronounced relief?
No, one firm, vertical press is enough. Pressing twice may double or blur the design.
Can the cookie dough be cut before baking with this tool?
Yes, roll out, cut and bake the cookie dough before embossing, or stamp directly onto fondant after baking.
