Oil-based colorant for chocolate, ganache, and high-fat preparations.
Colour Mill Raspberry is a concentrated oil-soluble colorant in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache, and high-fat creams without causing the mixture to seize. The Raspberry shade creates a deep raspberry pink, brighter and more saturated than classic Pink.
