Usage tips

1. Disk to place: pour your mixture (mousse, gelled creamy or chocolate), freeze through, unmold and place on the entremets.

2. Embossing: gently press the mold on a well-chilled/firm surface to mark the letters.

3. Recommended finishes: velvet spray, powders, occasional gold leaf.

Care

• Dishwasher safe; prefer a gentle wash.

• Avoid any sharp tool in the molds.
