Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan), grease a 20 cm tin
- Mix the preparation with 3 medium eggs, 220 ml water and 100 ml vegetable oil
- Beat for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth
- Bake for 23 to 28 minutes (cake) or 18 to 22 minutes (cupcakes)
- Leave to cool for 10 minutes in the tin, then cool completely before decorating
