Preparation
- Mix the 200 g of preparation with 30 ml of water until a firm dough forms
- Shape into 8 teaspoon-sized balls, spaced 5 cm apart on the baking tray
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 190°C (170°C fan oven), 2 minutes longer for a crispier cookie
- Leave to cool for 1 minute on the baking tray before transferring to a wire rack
