Gluten-free madeleine mix 400 g
Make gluten-free madeleines for teatime with this mix, to be completed according to the proportions below.
Usage
For 24 to 30 madeleines, mix 400 g of mix, 4 eggs (200 g) at room temperature and 190 g of melted butter. Refrigerate the batter in a piping bag along with the mould for 1 h 30 to 2 h. Pipe the batter into the greased, cold moulds, filling them two-thirds full. Bake for 8 to 10 min at 215 °C, static heat.

Storage
Store in a dry place at room temperature, away from heat sources and large temperature variations.
