Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our advice
Why is the maximum dosage so low (1.38 g/kg)?
Grass Green combines three concentrated colorants for a bold grass green: just a few drops are enough, as overdosing quickly shifts the shade to a darker green.
Is this green suitable for royal icing?
Yes, it blends just as well into dough as it does into royal icing or ganache, without affecting the texture at the recommended dosage.
How can I get a lighter, tender-leaf green?
Dilute with a touch of Fractal Lemon Yellow rather than just white, to keep the green bright instead of washed out.
