Is the 20 ml bottle enough for a whole cake?
Because the food coloring is highly concentrated, just a few drops are enough to color a large quantity of mixture. A 20 ml bottle of Ocean will generally color several batches of chocolate, ganache, or buttercream.
Can it be used to color cocoa butter for a velvet spray?
Yes, Ocean disperses well in melted cocoa butter and can be used to prepare a mixture for spraying with an airbrush. Test the shade on a neutral surface first.
