Instructions for use

  1. Temper the chocolate to the target temperature (29 to 31 °C depending on type).
  2. Shake the Azuluble bottle gently before use.
  3. Add the colorant drop by drop directly into the melted chocolate.
  4. Mix immediately with a silicone spatula, using gentle and regular movements.
  5. Wait 2 to 5 minutes to observe the final intensity.
  6. Adjust by 1 to 2 additional drops if necessary.
  7. Crystallize or pour into mold according to the project.

No, Azuluble is a fat-soluble colorant strictly reserved for fatty preparations (chocolate, ganache, cocoa butter). For fondant, buttercream, and royal icing, use a water-soluble gel colorant like Wilton.

Why does my chocolate seize when it contacts the colorant?

Seizing indicates water traces in the preparation. Azuluble is compatible only with fats. Check that utensils are perfectly dry and that the chocolate has not come into contact with moisture.

Difference between 30 ml and 100 ml?
