Preparation
- Mix the 200 g of mix with 30 ml of water until a firm dough forms
- Form 8 teaspoon-sized balls, spaced 5 cm apart on the baking sheet
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 190 °C (170 °C fan), 2 minutes longer for a crispier cookie
- Leave to cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute before transferring to a wire rack
