Colour Mill Choco Drip Yellow is a ready-to-use pouring chocolate dyed a bright, vibrant yellow throughout. It creates clean drips around the edge of the cake for a dynamic, instantly recognizable look.
Packaged in a 125 g spouted pouch, it warms up in seconds and can be applied straight from the microwave or a bain-marie.

Instructions
- Warm the sealed pouch in 10-second bursts in the microwave (or in a bain-marie over low heat) until smooth and lump-free.
- Test on the edge of a bowl: the drip should stop after 2 to 3 cm without running all the way to the bottom
- Apply to a very cold cake, gently squeezing from the edge outward, then refrigerate for 15 minutes to set the drip
