Can the box be placed in the refrigerator?
Yes, compatible with temperatures from 0°C to 6°C. Prepare your trays the day before and store them in the assembled box in the refrigerator — direct delivery the next day. Not suitable for prolonged freezer storage.
Can several boxes be stacked?
3 to 4 maximum in a transport stack. Place fragile items (macarons, choux pastries) at the top of the stack and sturdy items (sandwiches, open-faced sandwiches) at the bottom.
Is the box reusable?
Not for end customers — plan on using a new box for each delivery. In the kitchen, it can be used several times on the same day for intermediate storage.
