Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our advice
Is wafer paper edible?
Yes, it is made only of potato starch and water. It is easily digested and melts in your mouth within seconds.
Can it be used instead of parchment paper?
For gentle baking at up to about 180 degrees and delicate pieces, yes. Above 200 degrees, wafer paper may brown: use regular parchment paper instead.
What thickness should you choose for 3D flowers?
The 0.6 mm thickness is more rigid; lightly moisten it, then shape it and air-dry for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
