Thin, flexible and red, it is reinforced with fiberglass, which keeps it flat and makes it resistant to thermal shock. It provides a long-lasting replacement for disposable baking parchment, bake after bake.

Does the Silicopat 1 really replace baking paper?
Yes. Its natural non-stick properties mean it doesn't need greasing, and it can be reused hundreds of times, unlike parchment paper, which is single-use.
Is it dishwasher-safe?
Yes, the Silicopat 1 is dishwasher-safe. Washing it with hot, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge also works very well for everyday use.
Is there a smaller size in the Silicopat range?
Yes, the Silicopat 7 measures 300 x 400 mm, a size suitable for standard baking sheets.
