FUNCAKES Chocolate Enchanted Cream Mix makes a light and creamy chocolate-flavored cream that is easier to digest than classic buttercream. It takes 3 minutes to prepare with milk, water, or a mixture of both, and can be piped straight onto cupcakes and cakes.

Preparation and uses
- Mix 150 g of mix with 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water.
- Whisk at high speed for about 3 minutes until light and creamy.
- Use immediately to fill or decorate cakes and cupcakes with a piping bag.
- One serving fills 2 layers and covers a Ø 25 cm cake, or decorates 24 to 30 cupcakes with swirls.
- Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for several days; stir before reusing.

Can milk be replaced with water only?
Yes, the recipe works just as well with 200 ml of water alone for a lighter cream, or 200 ml of milk alone for a richer taste.
Does this cream hold up at room temperature for an event?
It is more stable than homemade whipped cream, but it is still a dairy-based preparation: keep the filled cake chilled and take it out just before serving.
What is the difference compared to the Original Enchanted Cream Mix?
The original mix has a neutral vanilla flavor and a white base that is easy to color, while this chocolate version adds a cocoa flavor without any extra flavoring.
