Colour Mill Choco Drip Purple is a ready-to-use pourable chocolate, tinted throughout a rich purple, ranging from plum to lilac depending on the drip thickness. It creates an instantly recognizable festive effect around the edge of a cake.
Packaged in a 125 g spouted pouch, it warms up in seconds and can be applied directly with no additional preparation.

Instructions
- Heat the sealed pouch in 10-second bursts in the microwave (or gently in a bain-marie) until smooth and runny, with no lumps
- Test on the edge of a bowl: the drip should stop after 2 to 3 cm without running all the way to the bottom
- Apply to a very cold cake, gently squeezing from the edge outwards, then refrigerate for 15 minutes to set the drip
