Directions for use
- Shake the bottle before use and mix into a base at room temperature (18–22°C)
- Typical amount: 2 to 4 drops per 250 g for a pastel shade, up to 20 drops for a dark shade
- Mix, then leave to rest for 15 minutes before adjusting the shade if needed
- To color chocolate or ganache, use the Colour Mill oil-soluble range, not this water-soluble food coloring

Can this food coloring be used in melted chocolate?
No: this food coloring is water-soluble and water-based. In chocolate or ganache, water causes the fat to seize. For these mixtures, use the Colour Mill oil-soluble range.
Should I adjust the amount according to the quantity of mixture?
Yes, the recommended amount is for 250 g of mixture: double or triple the number of drops proportionally for larger quantities.
How should I store the 20 ml bottle after opening?
Close it tightly after each use, store away from light at 15–22°C, and use within 12 months to preserve pigment intensity.
