Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C for a convection oven).
-
Prepare 360 grams of FunCakes Brownie Mix according to the package instructions. Grease the pan with release spray. Pour the batter into the pan and bake the brownies in the center of the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Let the brownies cool on a cooling rack and cut them into 8 pieces.
-
Roll out 150 grams of black fondant and 150 grams of purple fondant on a work surface dusted with magic dust for rolling. Cut triangles the same size as the brownie pieces. Lightly brush the brownie pieces with some apricot jam and place the fondant triangles on top.
-
Roll out 40 grams of yellow fondant and cut into thin strips. Use two sizes of plunger cutters to create loops. Place the strips and loops on the hats and paint them gold with the food paint.
-
Insert a lollipop stick into the bottom of the brownie and decorate with a ribbon.
